It is an evidence-based approach that maximises one’s health through appropriate nourishment and lifestyle changes while promoting the body’s natural self-healing mechanism.
Nutritional Therapy treats the body as a whole by seeking the root sources of health concerns, rather than removing the symptoms as traditional medicine does.

My mission is to share nutritional knowledge, restore wellbeing and prevent health issues. I believe that health, and being healthy, are individual concepts. There is no single truth, not one single diet, exercise or lifestyle that suits everybody, as we are all different.
Being healthy is not just a diet - it's a lifestyle choice. My role is to guide you through that transition by helping you gain further awareness on how (and which) food can nourish as well as harm, and supporting you until living healthy becomes an effortless instinct.
I aim to eliminate the misconception that healthy eating is boring and unsatisfactory. As a nutritional therapist I can help you discover tasty and healthier alternatives that fit with your lifestyle and will enrich your cooking repertoire. I also believe in the 80/20 rule - if you maintain a regular healthy diet, you can sometimes indulge yourself in your favourite comfort food without feeling guilty.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Take care of your body, love your body and most importantly listen to your body. It communicates with us every single day and we have the habit of ignoring it. Health is a relationship between you and your body - my role is to help you understand it and care for it. Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel.
You've heard of trusting your gut? It's good advice! How can you tell the difference between your intuition—the part of you that creates an avalanche of healthy and inspired acts—and the part of you thinking about how to find that part of you? Stop thinking about it, for a moment. You need to get quiet. You need to get sensitive, to you.
Your body is sending you messages, core, gut feelings, all the time. You don't need to reason them, logic them, or intellectualize them. You just need to act on them. Your body pays attention to you. It thinks you're important! If you've spent a whole lot of time ignoring how you feel, just bulldozing along - your body has probably decided you're not interested in listening to these lines of communication. It hits the mute button. That's OK, you can turn your volume back on.
